For nearly 500 years, Jakarta has undergone various transformations. The resilience of its residents has enabled Jakarta to continuously evolve into a progressive megacity. This year, Jakarta will also transition from its role as the national capital towards a new direction, emerging as a global city. The celebration of Jakarta’s 497th anniversary brings a spirit of optimism and pride to its residents as the city embraces this new chapter.
A unified identity for Jakarta’s 497th anniversary is a crucial milestone, marking the significant changes the city has undergone. It signifies Jakarta’s transition from being the nation’s capital to becoming a dynamic global city capable of competing on the international stage.
The visual identity reflects the optimism of Jakarta’s residents, characterized by harmony, resilience, synergy, and progressiveness—qualities that propel the city forward amidst its ongoing transformation.
This identity belongs to all Jakarta residents. Through their involvement in creating and adopting this identity, we collectively celebrate change, honor our cultural heritage, and shape a brilliant future for Jakarta as a global city.

This boardgamezine serves as a playful form of reflection, allowing us to reminisce about both joyful and sorrowful experiences in accordance with the times we have lived or are currently experiencing. Life is likened to a snakes and ladders game, where at times we may have to step back and feel sadness, but there are also opportunities to keep moving forward and draw closer to happiness.
By engaging in playing and reading SnakeLadsPol: (Re)Define The Happiness, we have the opportunity to experience happiness, boost our self-confidence, or even alter our perspectives on the meaning of happiness. The microcosmos cards within this game depict a small environment within a city, reflecting the larger dynamics to comprehend the complexity of urban life. Every small component plays a role in creating a bigger picture, and we actively participate in navigating through it.

Synchronize Fest – Lokal Lebih Vokal2022




































It is an honor to be a part of Synchronize Festival 2022, which has grown to become one of Indonesia’s largest festivals. Furthermore, Synchronize Festival is an antidote to missing out on your favorite local artists’ frenetic music.
Synchronize Fest 2022’s visual design emphasizes collaboration. Studio Cipsi has been invited as a creative developer, with Saleh Husein as the art director and Rakhmat Jaka as an artist collaborator.
“Local be vocal” is the theme of Synchronize Fest 2022. in addition to the presence of local musicians. Rakhmat Jaka, a graphic designer and illustrator from South Kalimantan, created visuals in keeping with the theme of Synchronize Fest 2022; locales are familiar with everyday life in Indonesia, with unique color choices to make Synchronize Fest 2022 more local and colorful.

Merchandise for PT.PP Contructions with “Akhlak” theme.
The biggest challenge of this project is how we crafted the illustrations that can visually represent the work of PT PP and how these illustrations can be applied to 11 merchandise items: tote bag, tumbler,
e-money, enamel pin, pen sticker pack, pouch, and notebook.
So we came up with this idea. We put the people behind who worked hard at PT PP project, and the project they achieved. Successful project can never be separated from workers who are committed
and prioritize teamwork.
